Ryan’s 3rd Birthday

I can’t believe I am writing about Ryan’s 3rd birthday! It feels like we just had her 1st Fiesta party!!!

Nothing makes me happier than watching this beautiful sweet girl grow up. She is sassy and funny and independent. So even though I am 9 months pregnant…I couldn’t NOT throw this girl a party to celebrate all the reasons I think she just, straight up, rocks!

I love to throw big parties but this year we kept the invites really small… just the couple kids in her class at preschool that she really vibes with. And truthfully, I don’t have the energy to host a racer right now. My feet were sore by the time the party even started!!! haha

One of the most important parts of throwing a good kiddo party is food! My favorite way to provide something healthy is crudite! Simply fill some little cups with ranch about 1/4 of the way up the cup. Add sliced celery, carrots and a cherry tomato. Adults will love these too!

And a cup of berries is always a great idea. Simply, healthy…and the kids are always happy!

Fill their bellies…

Nothing is more convenient and delicious than pizza on wheels…especially when you are 9 months pregnant! Olive Wood Pizza was so yummy and made my life so easy. They rolled in, served up incredible wood fired pizza and rolled out!

Hop them up on lots of sugar…

What they really care about…is sugar!

We called upon A Sweet Savory to jack these kids up! Tiny baked doughnuts, glitter cake pops and chocolate dipper rice crispy treats were the poison of choice.

And Polkatots to create here ultimate princess cake! We love Polkatots. It’s a beautiful icing image made out of cupcakes. It makes your life sooo easy because there is not cutting or serving- it’s all just grab and go!

Then the princesses arrived!

Ryan’s little face was priceless. She was so happy and couldn’t wait to tell them all about her favorite parts of their princess movie. Beverly Hills Princess really nailed it. A fairytale reading, some dancing and a quick happy birthday song. It was everything she could have ever wanted.

It was a sweet, special day…and I am so happy that we got to celebrate Ryan one last time before she becomes a big sister. It’s her last birthday with us as a party of three so I’m happy we went all out!
