When it comes to Thanksgiving/ the Holidays in general, I am always looking for ways to free-up my oven! There are always way too many dishes that require oven time and never enough space. A slow cooker, nicely timed out, is a great way to give yourself a little extra room.
I will tell you though, this mac is more of a casserole consistency than a creamy mac n’ cheese. It’s creamy, don’t get me wrong! But it’s not saucy…I just don’t want you to be expecting something different.
I made this twice, getting the measurements down perfectly and the first time threw me for a loop! haha But talk about winning big…especially with the kiddie table!
