Slice apples thinly across a mandolin. I really suggest using this and not trying to cut them. Normally I try to avoid suggesting an extra piece of kitchen equipment, but you can use a mandolin for so many wonderful things…I really love mine!
Layer Apples across a buttered cookie tray. Elevating them off the cookie sheet will get them nice and crispy!
Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon…and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until nice and crispy. Keep a close eye on them since every oven is different! You don’t want them getting too crisp. Flip over once halfway through.
