According to the rules, it’s FALL, right? Like, we aren’t supposed to wear white and we are supposed to start craving holiday flavors?
Well, it’s still hot as sH%# here in Los Angeles! We hardly get a winter time…and when we do it’s a sad excuse of a season. That’s ok though!
We can still do our best impression of the cozy time of year with some season favorites…
One of my faves comes in the form of this fabulous baked apple cocktail!
I love making infused simple syrups…
It’s an easy 1/1 ratio… 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar…
Gently stir and bring to a slow boil.
Add a few sprigs of rosemary…
Fill each cocktail glass with a handful of baked apples and start to layer your cocktail…
1 oz of rosemary simple syrup…
1 -1.5 oz of whiskey …
Top it off with your favorite sparkling water!
