After chatting with Alexis, she gave me this wonderful idea for a goat cheese & match crostini…I was instantly drooling and knew I had to make it asap.
Like any good cheese lover, no crostini is complete without a drizzle of honey…even better? Truffle Honey!

4 oz log of goat cheese
Slice a crusty french baguette. Smother with creamy goat cheese. Sprinkle with matcha and top with a slim tangerine slice. Drizzle truffle honey across the top.
*You can kick this up another notch by lightly pulverizing some marcona almonds in a food processor and sprinkling them across the top.
