There is nothing sweeter than when your man loves your cooking! He loves my Italian sausage & peppers…cornbread…stuffed shells…and apple crisp. But his true favorite, his all time classic treat comes in the form of a sugary cereal bar!

As I promised on Instagram yesterday, I have a trick to making these babies PERFECT every time! Just the right amount of marshmallow, and totally pliable.
You will need:
5 1/2 cups of Lucky Charms cereal
25 Large marshmallows
4 Tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of olive oil
YES olive oil! Melt the butter and olive oil on low heat. The olive oil keeps the butter from getting too hot and burning! It will also make mixing easier!
Melt the marshmallows, stirring constantly. Add cereal. Mix well and press in to a shallow pan.
