This easy salmon is Delish!! I love an easy meal that packs a ton of flavor and this salmon does just that!
When you go to buy the salmon, try to buy wild caught! I used a wild caught king salmon.
What you need:
Wild caught salmon filet
Brown sugar (I love using Organic coconut palm sugar)
Ponzu or soy sauce
Spicy chili paste
Sea Salt & black pepper
2 slabs of butter
In a small mixing bowl, mx 2 tbsp of brown sugar, 2 tbsp of ponzu, 1 tsp of chili paste.
Salt and pepper the salmon. Warm the butter in the skillet and place the fillets skin side up for approx 1 minute. Flip them very gently. Cook them on low heat. Spoon brown sugar and soy mixture over salmon.
I served this with baby spinach and skillet potatoes!
