Naughty Truffle Creamed Corn

This is the naaaastiest naughtiest creamed corn around! After all, it is Thanksgiving and it is the one day a year we aren’t counting calories!

Make this side dish to bring to a potluck and slay the rest of the competition!

What you need:

5 cans of whole kernal corn

1 can of evaporated milk

(Splash of half & half if you want more cream…)

1/2 stick of butter

1 tbsp of salt

1 tbsp of black pepper

1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

3 tbsp of flour

 

How to:

Heat it all up in a big pot, saving the parmesan and flour for the end once everything is nice and hot!

Thicken with cheese and flour!

Let cool a bit and drizzle with truffle oil if you want! If not it is amazing just the way it is!
