I love the creaminess of the goat cheese, the sweet hint of cherry in the center and of course the crunchy pistachios add a great texture. They are simple and can be made up to two days ahead. What you need…
Goat cheese 6 oz log
Handful of chopped cherries
Crushed pistachios, shelled
Bring goat cheese to room temperature. Roll a few cherries and a quarter size of goat cheese in your palm. Roll goat cheese ball in the crushed pistachios. Put of a small plate and chill in the refrigerator.
