Wether you eat meat or don’t…no carb week is hard…period! I was a pretty devout vegetarian for a little over two years so I got ya. For carb free week I would opt for big plates of char grilled veggies. Stay away from the starchy one, like root vegetables. Choose any of the green ones, Okra is a great choice. Flavor these with lots of fresh herbs to keep your palette excited!
Lettuce wraps filled with veggies and big salads w fresh dressing (like olive oil and lemon juice…NO PRE-MADE STORE BOUGHT STUFF!) will be the way to go.
If you get sick of veggies and eat eggs… try breakfast for dinner!
