One thing I miss during a carb free week is the yummy crunch of salty chips. I’m a cracker and chip junkie so anytime I can substitute a veggie and still get that crunch, then I’m a happy girl. Radish is a brilliant substitute. So is jicama.
1 avocado
1/2 a lemon juiced
1 finely chopped jalapeno, seeds removed
generous pinch of sea salt
generous shake of cayenne pepper
radishes, sliced thin
Mash above ingredients. Scoop with radish.
