I’m so glad your tilapia turned out well, people are scared to make fish but I don’t think they know how easy it really is…
Beets! I love beets, any way they are prepared. You can do a couple things with them…you can eat them raw, cut them in spirals, drizzle with a good olive oil, lemon and salt over greens…or roast them!
Wash them really well, preheat oven to 350, olive oil, salt and bake for 1 hr or until soft.
One of my favorite beet salads consists of greens, red and golden beets, hazelnuts, goat cheese…lemon and oil….or your favorite italian style dressing. Yum.
