Recently one of my girlfriends (cough..cough..Sarah Heyward) admitted that she doesn’t know how to slice a bell pepper. Then, I realized I hadn’t posted an ESK in awhile. So in honor of Sarah…here is the bell pepper!
Slice off the bottom.
Cut in a circle around the top, pull off the top and the seeds should come out with it. Shake out any seeds that fell off.
Cut in half, then in to thin slices. Serve with RGK Zesty Ranch Dip and you have yourself a party.
