I’m not ashamed to admit that I love left-overs. Well, worthy left-overs. A nice piece of steak from a great dinner the night before with an egg on top is literally my favorite breakfast. This not-so-cute sandwich is a similar take on the steak and egg breakfast. Of course, minus the steak. If you made the 5 Mix Mushroom Crostini’s you might have some mushrooms leftover. Stack em’ high on a toasted piece of Ezekiel bread and top it off with a fried egg. I sprinkled a pinch of parsley and goat cheese across the top to give this girl a little pizazz. She may not be all that cute, but she sure does taste good.
