Hi Rinku…1st off, thank you! Happy you like the site. 2nd just because I try to eat healthy all the time doesn’t mean I’m successful at it…life and food are all about balance.

If you eat a cheeseburger one day, choose the salad or veggie option the next. A girlfriend of mine who is a trainer says she only “cheats” on sundays. I find that if you deny your body something it’s craving (within reason) it just becomes harder to make smart choices. So if you want the junk food, just keep it in small doses…
