More times than not the entree is the main focus of your meal. I’m a firm believer in picking a stand out dish and adorning it with classics. This dish however goes against everything I usually stand for. Here, the side dish is the star! Simple, healthy, and bursting with flavor. You can eat these alone or spread across a grilled chicken breast.
What you need:
Mushrooms (cremini, or white button)
Sun-dried tomatoes (approx 1/4 cup)
Garlic (aprox 3 cloves)
Olive Oil (3 tablespoons)
Dry White Cooking Wine (1/4 cup)
Fresh rosemary (chopped)
Vegetable Broth (1/4 cup)
How to:
In a skillet, over medium heat, add olive oil and mushrooms, till browned. Then add vegetable broth and garlic. Bring to simmer. Add dry white wine, sun dried tomatoes, and rosemary. Stir a bit. Remove from heat and serve.
