Hi Kaitlyn, glad you liked my Hellogiggles recipe 🙂 Salmon can be paired with all kinds of side dishes. I tend to want something with a little crunch, like haricot verts (french skinny green beans) or a jasmine rice is always delish. I suggest browning the rice in some olive oil before you add the water. It will give the rice a richer taste and a crunchy texture.
