Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops

How cute are these lil’ lamb chops? Shaped like little hearts…this is a great Valentines Day meal to make for your guy! These are so simple but the finished product is so pretty, you look like a total pro. You can do it lamb chop, I have faith in you.

What you need:

Bone-in lamb chops, Olive Oil, chopped fresh rosemary, sea salt, black pepper, garlic cloves

How to:

Heat a skillet to med/high heat. Season your chops…drizzle olive oil and sprinkle herbs and s&p on both sides. Once hot, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Lay the chops right it to the middle. You want them to sizzle when they hit the pan so they get nice and brown. Cook approx 2 mins on each side. They cook quick so be careful not to over cook them! Remove chops from heat, set aside. Toss the garlic cloves in the hot pan and brown them for approx 30 seconds.

*Wait a few minutes before you cut in to the lamb chops. Letting them “rest” makes them nice and juicy! Yum.

I made these tonight…along with the brussel sprouts from your site. The idea was fabulous and the flavours were tasty, however, my lamb chops were fatty…far too fatty to take more than one bite. This is not the fault of the recipe however, and I hope to use the same seasoning on chicken or pork, because apparently it turns out that lamb just isn’t up my alley!
